LUIS A. RODRIGUEZ

Luis Rodriguez was raised in the Texas Panhandle and attended West Texas A&M University, where he obtained a B.S. degree in Chemistry. After college, Luis moved to Midland to work in the oil field as a laboratory scientist. He then moved to Fort Worth to study law at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now known as Texas A&M School of Law). During his time at law school, Luis interned at XTO Energy & Halliburton gaining valuable experience in oil & gas law. He also interned in Midland at Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas where he assisted on family law, will & estates and other civil law areas in Midland & Howard Counties.

After law school, Luis worked at the Midland office of the Texas Attorney General's Office - Child Support division. He then worked as a landman and Title Opinion Attorney in the Houston area for several years before returning to the Permian Basin to work as a prosecutor at the Midland County District Attorney's office. During the next six years, Luis gained experience handling 100's of cases from intake to resolution.  Additionally, he gained valuable courtroom experience trying dozens of criminal jury trials ranging from Class C traffic tickets  to 1st Degree felonies.



Luis will use his vast experience in several aspects of the law to help you with your legal needs. He will be your zealous legal representative in all forms of criminal matters and wills & estates.
